Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact.
Apply project management principles, practices, and methodologies effectively.
Manage vendors, contractors, and internal/external resources to achieve project goals.
Create programming, space, and furniture plans using AutoCAD.
Adhere to organizational processes and internal best practices across all project phases.
Ensure safety standards are promoted and maintained throughout all project stages.
Provide accurate cost estimates, forecasting, and budget analysis.
Negotiate scope, budget, and timeline changes.
Advise on products, finishes, materials, and furniture selections.
Collaborate across business units to manage workflow and communication.
Develop comprehensive project documentation and final summary reports.
Drive customer satisfaction and manage client relationships professionally.
Implement change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Share knowledge and lessons learned to enhance team performance.
Prepare presentations and visual materials to communicate plans and progress.
Maintain professionalism across all communication channels (Microsoft Teams, in-person, etc.).
7-10 years of experience in Project Management for Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
PMP accreditation (preferred).
Familiarity with PMI-based project lifecycles and construction processes.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for space planning and design modifications.
Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Capable of managing multiple projects and coordinating contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Experience with procurement processes (Tender, RFQ, RFP).
Knowledge of furniture systems and commercial interior design programs.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Bluebeam.
Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
