Position Summary
Reporting to the Coastal Planning Team Lead, Thales requires a Scheduling Coordinator is to assist the Ship Maintenance Lead (SML) in organizing all required routines, developing an integrated schedule for the Work Period. As well as managing and maintaining data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the data needs for the AJISS program and the Royal Canadian Navy’s DRMIS Data Management System. The Scheduling Coordinator manages the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules. Additional tasks will include but not limited to; Raising Purchases Requisitions on behalf of the SML, collecting and organizing Objective Quality Evidence, and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.
