Position Overview:
We are seeking for an Architect with a strong passion for heritage conservation and sustainable design. The ideal candidate will be caring, curious, creative, and collaborative, with technical expertise and a commitment to architectural excellence. This individual will be excited and passionate about developing and mentoring junior staff while thriving in a diverse and interdisciplinary environment.

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with all local, provincial/state, and federal building regulations.
Author comprehensive reports and assessments.
Participate in quality control processes throughout all project phases.
Develop and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the team’s development.
Licensed architect in a Canadian province and/or the United States.
3+ years of post-licensure experience in an architectural practice.
Experience in heritage conservation and sustainable design is an asset. CAHP and LEED certification is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software.
Proficiency using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Knowledge of architectural, engineering, building science, and construction principles and practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Competitive base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience, plus a variable alternative compensation, and paid vacation.
