Our client working in Welfare Services is hiring for an bilingual professional to join their team on a short term contract. This would be ideally working October to Jan 31st, working in a fully remote capacity.
We are seeking a bilingual contractor to develop a Family Violence Briefing for Military Families. The briefing will raise awareness, promote healthy relationships, encourage early intervention, and provide practical guidance on available military and civilian supports.
Develop short and long versions of the Family Violence Briefing in English and French
Create supporting materials including:
PowerPoint presentations with detailed slide notes
A full content package in Word format
A facilitator’s guide with instructions on safe delivery, inclusive language, and appropriate response to disclosures
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in sociology, gender studies, women’s studies, family studies, or related field
Experience/Knowledge:
Background in gender-based violence and family violence
Familiarity with military culture/community (preferred, not mandatory)
Language: Advanced bilingualism (English and French)
