Calian is currently hiring a bilingual Help Desk Technician – IT to support our customer in Kingston, ON. This on-site role involves providing technical support for end-users and infrastructure, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, and supporting IT systems in a Windows and/or Linux environment.
Mandatory Technical Criteria (MTC)
MTC1
Must have a diploma or certification from a recognized training institution or post-secondary institution in Networking Administration, Computer Networking, or IT. Examples include (but are not limited to):
MTC2
Must possess one of the following certifications:
MTC3
Must have demonstrated experience with configuration, management, and maintenance tasks for PCs, servers, and switches in Linux or Windows environments.
