Our client, a non-profit consulting firm in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a permanent full-time Executive Assistant to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary, immediate benefits, potential for bonus, and the chance to join a friendly and dynamic team! This is a hybrid position requiring the successful candidate to work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
Role and Responsibilities
-Provide executive support to a senior level executive and their team
-Scheduling and complex calendar management
-Inbox management
-Travel and meeting coordination
-Expense management
-Prepare PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed
-Event coordination
-Project support
-Occasional personal assistant tasks
-Other related administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma is strongly preferred
-Must have at least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
-Experience working in a corporate environment is strongly preferred
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and industry contacts
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must be able to work well both independently and in a team
-Must have strong time management and problem solving skills
