Responsibilities for Tactical Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Tactical Security Supervisor

• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Eligible to obtain and maintain Secret/Reliability Security Clearance

• Valid provincial Security Guard Licence

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Guard working in a high-profile corporate environment

• Must have 1 year or more of supervisory or leadership experience in a security environment

• Proven ability to work with vulnerable populations in high-stress situations

• First Aid & CPR certification (required)

• Physically fit to perform patrols, and respond quickly to emergencies
