As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift at the health care centre and providing leadership and support to your team.

Responsibilities for Health Centre Security Shift Lead

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Provide support to the security professionals on site with incidents and providing excellent leadership and mentorship 
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and radio use 
• Removal of unauthorize individuals from the site 

Qualifications for Health Centre Security Shift Lead

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Experience supervising and leading a team of security professionals
• First aid certification an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
