As a Temporary Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule- Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Duration: Temporary role (Sep 26, 2025 – Jun 8, 2026)

Location- N2H 5G6

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security guard role
  • Hold a valid security license
  • First aid certification required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing Android and Chromebook operating systems for daily tasks
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  •  A clean criminal record check is required

 

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

  • Greet and assist visitors; verify identification and provide appropriate directions

  • Monitor and manage access to client-occupied spaces and restricted areas

  • Conduct regular patrols to identify potential safety or security risks

  • Enforce site-specific security protocols and client policies

  • Perform routine checks of security systems and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs

  • Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies; administer first aid and coordinate with emergency services when required

  • Collaborate with security supervisors and team members to maintain a safe environment

  • Handle inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and clarity

  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any observed security concerns

  • Stay current with required security training and procedures
