We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-driven Audio-Visual System Specialist to help us deliver seamless AV experiences that wow. If you thrive in high-tech environments, love solving complex system puzzles, and want to be at the forefront of cutting-edge AV integration—this is your stage.
Reporting to the AV Team Lead, the Audio-Visual (AV) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring seamless, enterprise-level support for AV and video conferencing technologies within the Alberta Courts. In this position, you are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the technical infrastructure that supports courtroom proceedings across multiple judicial levels, ensuring that technology enhances rather than disrupts the legal process.
As an AV Analyst, you are an integral member of the Court Technology Services (CTS) team, providing direct, hands-on support for audio-visual control systems, real-time communication platforms, and digital courtroom technologies. The role requires expertise in AV system integration, programming, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud-based collaboration tools, enabling the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable AV solutions.
