Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Support Staff during a building maintenance project. The main task will be assisting residents in carrying their personal items, such as groceries, laundry, and other belongings, up and down the stairs (1 level of stairs). 

Please note that this is a part-time contract position, beginning in early October and ending in early December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help residents transport groceries and other personal items up and down the stairs.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient assistance to all tenants.
• Ensure the safe handling and security of residents' belongings during transport.
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly to the management team.
• Ensure the common areas are stocked with water bottles for residents.

Requirements:

• Ability to carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A professional and approachable attitude with residents.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as in assisted living or healthcare, is beneficial but not required.

Additional Details:

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, as well as a cell phone for work-related communication.
