We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a client with high-volume court access processes. This role is critical in managing these requests efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is a contract role, hybrid, working 3 days onsite in downtown Toronto.
Process and manage daily virtual court observation requests received from across the province.
Maintain and track applications to ensure timely responses and approvals.
Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants, court staff, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a structured, efficient workflow to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office tools to organize, document, and report on activities.
Provide additional administrative support to the team as capacity allows (e.g., email management, scheduling, data entry).
Experience in a court, legal, or government environment is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive requests.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new systems quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
