Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a HYBRID 1+ year long contract in Ottawa to support the efforts of various IM/IT modernization initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives;
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems;
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
  • Establish acceptance test criteria with client;

Qualifications and Skills

  • 15+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • 15+ years of experience creating requirements documentation, delivering User Acceptance Testing, and engaging with stakeholders
  • VALID Secret level clearance is required 

Education

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma is an asset
  • CBAP certification is an asset
