We are seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

  • Perform manual and automated testing across various Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and FSC)
  • Conduct regression, integration, and system testing to validate new features and bug fixes 
  • Identify, log, and track software defects using JIRA
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives 
  • Write clear and comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and QA reports.
  • Provide detailed feedback and quality metrics to stakeholders 
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and features to assess their impact on existing functionality.
  • Understand Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integration
  • Data Integration/ Data Migration experience between CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented approach to project testing
  • Design UAT test plans; assign and review test documentation (functions, testcases, scripts); balance the need to mitigate risk with the optimal use of testing resources while adhering to UAT policies, standards and procedures

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 2–4 years of QA experience, with at least 2-3 years in Salesforce testing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Admin and Developer tools.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus
