We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires collaboration with development teams specializing in Sales, Service, Platform, and MuleSoft to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with guidelines.
Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications, data models, and process flows.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with Salesforce development teams to reinforce cohesive solution delivery.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring consistency to architectural standards and protocols.
Integration and Data Management:
Design and implement integration strategies using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with external systems and applications.
Lead all aspects of data migration activities and ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce platforms.
Technical Expertise and Development:
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform releases, features, and guidelines.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure solutions meet compliance standards and are aligned with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to teams to ensure high-quality work.
Business Partnership:
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical team members.
Continuous Improvement:
Find opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the usability, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years+ of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
Demonstrable experience with MuleSoft integration and API management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range is expected to be between
