We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a reliable vehicle. This role involves conducting property viewings, managing social media for new builds, and accommodating prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an average of 20 property viewings per day, with 3-4 scheduled viewings at a time, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants.
  • Maintain strong communication with all prospective tenants, addressing their inquiries and providing information about properties.
  • Handle social media accounts related to new builds, promoting properties and engaging with potential clients.
  • Organize and accommodate viewings based on availability, ensuring flexibility for weekend appointments, particularly Saturday mornings.
  • Provide feedback on viewings and tenant inquiries to the management team to assist in property marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Own Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel; gas and mileage will be compensated.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work on weekends and adjust schedule as needed, with the option to work from home when applicable.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple viewings and schedules efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing strategies is a plus.
