Salary: 25.00 per Hour
 

We are seeking 4 seasoned customer service experts to join our clients team for an upcoming VIP donor event. This event will host approximately 100+ guests, and we need professionals who excel in providing exceptional service!

Position: Customer Service/Registration Clerk
Event Date: Thursday, September 25th
Event Time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
Location: Toronto, ON. (On Bayview Ave)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the registration process.
  • Follow a provided script and utilize greeting notes effectively.
  • Distribute name tags and assist guests as needed.
  • Help with event setup and teardown, including moving light items (no more than 5 pounds), such as décor and boxes of name cards.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor to represent the organization positively.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in customer service, particularly with VIP guests.
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate guest needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
