Purpose:

 

The Senior Manager, Business Enablement Supports the overall value proposition across Private Banking to ensure alignment, coordination, consistency, and scalability of investments, product road maps, and end user experiences on key projects within the business. 

As a centralized point of contact for the COO team and key stakeholders, the incumbent is responsible for delivering a consolidated vision across the PB COO team and partnering with Communication and Change Management teams to drive desired outcomes. This will include articulating benefit realization resulting from changes made to products, processes, policies, systems, technology, and organizational structure.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you will:

 

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Identify key stakeholders and designs/develops change strategies accordingly to ensure objectives are successfully met
  • Utilize key messages, impact assessments, industry insights and benefits to prepare communication materials and presentations to support the design, development, and delivery of projects; understands how to simplify the story and focus on impact for key stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on required change management strategies utilizing data, market insights, and a keen understanding of the business to validate recommendations
  • Provide input and oversight on the sustainment plan to ensure successful integration into business activities
  • Work with Business Intelligence & Portfolio Insights team to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Manage relationship with internal partners (e.g., Products, operations, client service & support teams, sales, support functions, segment owners, etc.) to ensure line of site to upcoming initiatives requiring integration, communication, and change management support
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in utilizing and interpreting data
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong editing skills
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly: PowerPoint, and Excel
  • High organizational and project management skills, being able to handle a large number of concurrent, high-priority activities and requests
  • Strong curiosity and research capabilities to obtain background information and insights for projects which the incumbent may or may not be thoroughly familiar with
  • Good understanding of the Private Banking and CWM objectives, strategies, and structure
  • Proven business experience with an emphasis on relationship building, solid business process understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and energized environment, deal with tight deadlines, solve complex problems, and balance conflicting priorities.
