What you will be doing:

The Senior Manager, Client Planning & Performance Insight Champion a client-led planning transformation by spearheading the annual and quarterly integrated planning cycles – ensuring full alignment across Product, Finance and Clients team to drive sustainable P&L growth. Provide oversight of in-year forecasts and sales performance to proactively identify gaps and recalibrate priorities, enabling optimal resource deployment and enterprise-wide focus on the highest-impact opportunities.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Build & update forecast of New Accounts Acquired with Finance and business partner while incorporating planned initiatives and external market factors
  • Build & update Client KPIs (e.g. acquisition, net client growth, Primacy, new Client quality measures)
  • Lead and present results during Quarterly Strategic Alignment and Quarterly Business Review meetings and outline short- & long-term trajectories and client opportunities
  • Lead weekly business results meeting to ensure cross-functional accountability in achieving near-term targets
  • Maintain a calendar of all key initiatives planned/launched and identify key portfolio dependencies, including lead management & client contacts
  • Link client-level P&L to plan/forecast to articulate financial impact of missing or overachieving the plan
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses to explain business anomalies, trends and support broader corporate initiatives


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive in developing and maintaining multi-business line forecasts
  • Sound knowledge of banking and retail credit products
  • Excellent communication (incl. Executive presentation)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – ability to collaborate with / influence business partners
  • Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel (incl. spreadsheet automation)
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations of the findings & recommendations
