The Court and Justice Services (CJS) Division provides a wide range of resolution and court services for people involved in legal disputes. In collaboration with the courts of Alberta, Court and Justice Services provides various programs and services including educating and helping Albertans finding solutions for legal issues, navigating the court system, offering programs at no cost or a nominal charge, and administrative support to all courts in Alberta. The Brief Conflict Intervention Program offer parenting conflict intervention services for eligible families, that are delivered by specialized clinicians or parenting experts, and that focus on educating and supporting parents to resolve complex parenting disputes while focusing on the best interests of their children. Reporting to the Manager of Dispute Resolution Services, you will work within current legislation, department policy and office procedures to lead, coordinate, and oversee delivery of the Brief Conflict Intervention Program. This includes providing leadership and support for Program staff and a roster of contracted service providers located throughout Alberta.

The successful candidate will possess the following competencies:
Required: A Bachelor of Social Work and two (2) years of related experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, or Conflict Management.
