A typical day: Oversee in-terminal concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations and deliver excellent customer service Monitor and optimize revenue opportunities across commercial programs Support land development and permitting activities Maintain strong relationships with concessionaires and service partners Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards Successful candidates will have: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or property management Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, operations, or client management Strong understanding of leases, licenses, and commercial operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively Must obtain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) within 6 months of hire.
