Pay: $21/hour

Altis Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of a leading real estate client in Calgary.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including occasional cross-border and domestic trips
  • Manage invoicing and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Maintain and order office and kitchen supplies, including weekly snack and coffee restocking
  • Book meeting rooms and prepare for client visits
  • Support facilities operations by coordinating with service providers (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors
  • Basic understanding of building operations (HVAC, electrical service, facilities processes)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, or expense tracking is an asset.
  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, administration, or front desk
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
