Nous collaborons avec une grande organisation nationale à but non lucratif réputée afin de recruter un ou une spécialiste en finances qui sera le bras droit de la directrice financière.

Le ou la spécialiste en finances sera responsable de l’analyse, du suivi et de la gestion financière des programmes et opérations de l’organisation. En tant que conseiller(ère) clé, il/elle assurera la conformité aux politiques internes, produira des rapports fiables et soutiendra la prise de décisions stratégiques afin d’optimiser la performance et l’efficacité financière.

Responsabilités principales
  • Effectuer des analyses financières, projections et recommandations à la direction.
  • Suivre les budgets de projets, analyser les écarts et identifier les risques financiers.
  • Produire et réviser des rapports financiers conformes aux normes comptables.
  • Appuyer la Directrice dans la préparation des budgets provinciaux.
  • Coordonner avec l’équipe nationale et les autres directions.
  • Former et conseiller le personnel sur les politiques et outils financiers.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et au respect des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
  • Assurer un soutien administratif.

Qualifications
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou administration (diplôme de 2e cycle et titre CPA : atouts)
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion financière, analyse, budget, projections
  • Maîtrise des normes et pratiques comptables
  • Connaissance de Power BI et D365 un atout
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication en français, anglais requis pour interactions nationales

Location: Montreal (Verdun) - 1-2 days at the office

We are partnering with a well-respected national non-profit organization to recruit a Finance Specialist who will act as the right hand to the Finance Director.

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for financial analysis, monitoring, and management of the organization’s programs and operations. As a key advisor, he/she will ensure compliance with internal policies, produce accurate reports, and support strategic decision-making to optimize financial performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analyses, forecasts, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and identify financial risks.
  • Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the Finance Director in preparing provincial budgets.
  • Collaborate with the national team and other departments.
  • Train and advise staff on financial policies and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide occasional administrative support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or CPA designation an asset)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards and practices
  • Knowledge of Power BI and D365 is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in French, English required for national interactions
