Our client in the Non-Profit space is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This position is supporting on a 2 month contract, and is working full time onsite DT Toronto.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of direct mail and digital fundraising campaigns, as well as our monthly donor program. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Annual Giving campaigns from planning to execution

• Manage project timelines, schedules, and cross-team coordination

• Liaise with external agencies (CRM and telemarketing) to ensure campaigns run smoothly

• Coordinate campaign materials, data files, donor communications, and approvals

• Support the setup of emails, landing pages, donation pages, and data quality checks

• Handle invoice administration, budget tracking, and CRM updates

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in marketing (agency or client-side), with project management exposure

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail

• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Experience with tools such as Asana, MailChimp, CRM systems (an asset)

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
