As the Coordinator, Operational and Service Excellence (O&SE,) you will be part of a highly motivated team and be responsible for the primary accountabilities outlined below within the vibrant O&SE corporate deployment. The deployment delivers a variety of services, programs, and training in partnership with business areas across government and your role will be integral to delivering efficient and seamless operations. This role provides challenging and rewarding experiences, growth opportunities, and satisfaction working in a high performing team. Comprehensive support and ongoing training will be provided to promote your individual success as well as effective teamwork in a fun work environment.
Some of the primary accountabilities in this role include:
To be considered for this opportunity, you are passionate about operational excellence and effective quality service delivery. You possess exceptional interpersonal and business relationship skills. Proven experience in leading improvement initiatives and resolving business pain points, coupled with an ongoing drive for process improvement, is essential. You successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a bird’s eye perspective. Efficient working both independently and within a high-performing team, in either remote or office settings are critical. Additionally, you thrive in diverse and positive environments.
Key Requirements:
We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following ways: written examination, standardized tests, presentations, interview(s), reference checks, and any other ways.
Applicants relying on education and experience equivalencies must demonstrate such equivalencies in their application.
Some examples of equivalences would include:
-2 year college degree + 3 years of experience
-5 years of related experience
-1 year diploma + 4 years of experience.

Pay Grade: PR 06 - PR 10
Salary Range: $1,924.95 - $2,760.42 Bi-Weekly
