The Delivery Specialist works closely with other designers and network specialists. They are responsible for delivering solutions and projects in a dynamic environment focused on network growth and technological advancements.

They must be able to solve technical problems, perform team performance management and quality control of service delivery. The high level of interaction with customers, suppliers and employees, as well as the diversity of skills required, demand a high capacity in problem solving.

 

What you will do:

  • Analyze and manage execution priorities based on information provided by stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies, prerequisites and establish a sequence of activities at the task level. Make sure deadlines are met.
    • Align and ensure technical deliverables and materials for all activities.
    • Prepare tender documents, analyze bids received and manage external contractors for all activities assigned to them.
    • Manage integration activities with internal partners.
    • Manage risk analysis and participate in mitigation plans.
    • Follow up on quality and cost control.
    • Ensure the safety of the premises and the site.
  • Project the completion dates of the various tasks (Schedule management).
  • Ensure that files are closed
  • Support and participate in the organizational initiative
  • Responsible as Delivery Specialist for certain other special projects.
     

What you bring:

  • 3 years of experience in coordinating telecommunication network implementation project or equivalent
  • Ability to work with technical documents (planning specification, plans and detail telecommunication engineering document)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with colleagues on a national scale
  • Good knowledge of basic computer software
  • Available for travel
  • Valid driver's license
