We are assisting our client in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting to join their high-performing finance team in a hybrid role. 

Location: Multiple offices throughout major cities in Canada (Hybrid)

In this contract, full-time, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, treasury operations, and supporting strategic financial planning for multiple entities, including pension and insurance structures. This role is ideal for a detail-driven CPA with strong financial reporting skills, treasury experience, and a passion for process improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and internal policies
• Lead treasury forecasting, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies
• Present clear, concise financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls

What You’ll Bring:

• CPA designation and 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Strong understanding of IFRS and ASPE
• Experience in treasury functions (cash flow forecasting, banking, liquidity management)
• Preferably, exposure to audit processes and/or captive insurance
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
