Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end systems support within the Great Plains (GP) environment, managing access, updates, and accounting period controls.
• Respond to and resolve service tickets in collaboration with the finance and controllership teams.
• Support pay rate updates, project setups, and other system-related tasks.
• Analyze workflows and business processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Participate in system design, development, testing, and implementation as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of system operations and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on experience with Great Plains (GP) – essential for success in this role.
• Strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Experience supporting ERP systems within finance or accounting environments.
• Knowledge of public sector processes, workflows, or systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes in user-friendly language.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing tasks.
