Salary: From 25 to 27 per Hour
 

Our client, a leading non-profit organization based in the Ottawa, is seeking a part-time Bilingual Program Coordinator for a 4-month contract. This on-site role runs from September to December 2025, with working hours Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of the organization's Home Delivery program, acting as the key liaison for clients and community partners. 
  • Manage the client intake process, expertly assessing needs and connecting individuals with tailored services and referrals.
  • Coordinate program logistics, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of home deliveries.
  • Support program success by maintaining detailed records and reports, tracking impact and informing strategic decision-making.
  • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to create a supportive environment for vulnerable individuals.
  • Contribute to donor engagement and outreach initiatives and provide administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • English and French is essential
  • Post-secondary education in non-profit management, social work, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting community projects and programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions with empathy and discretion.
  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
