You will connect with Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, the Medical Community and Vendor Partners in this exciting role, delivering exceptional disability claims management for our clients. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists and Associate Managers.
  • Make follow-up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals, and vendors.
  • Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interview.
  • Keep claim files up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support payment of invoices.
  • Update Plan Member banking information.

Required Qualifications:

  • You are currently studying in an undergraduate program like Nursing, Health Sciences, or Mental Health.
  • You have great organizational skills and can communicate well both in writing and speaking.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You can manage working on your own and love being part of a team.
  • You are good at juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • You have some basic knowledge about claims processing and health insurance.
  • You have had some experience in customer service or administrative work.
  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
