Alberta Parks – Central Region is looking for an enthusiastic person who is an innovative problem solver with a passion for infrastructure management and preventative maintenance programs. If you have a strong background in infrastructure management, an interest in enabling Albertans to access and safely enjoy facilities in provincial parks and recreation areas and thrive in a collaborative work environment then this opportunity to join the Alberta Parks team is for you!
As the Regional Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensure the long-term functionality, ongoing accessibility, and safe operation of well over $700 million worth of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment located in numerous geographically dispersed across nearly 100 separate provincial parks and recreation areas within the Alberta Parks Central Region. You will work closely and collaboratively with the site-based teams responsible for the day-to-day operation of these provincial parks and recreation areas as well as a variety of contractors.

Two-year Technical Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or a related Engineering Technology field) plus four years of related experience in maintenance, infrastructure, or asset management experience; or equivalent as described below.
Equivalency: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of one year of education for one year of experience or vice versa.

This position is a full-time permanent opportunity.
Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM-4:30 PM, 40 hours a week.
