Job title: Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm

Our established client in the construction supply industry is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative in Ottawa. In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, build client relationships, and source new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify both the technical and aesthetic needs of clients and recommend suitable materials.
• Clearly communicate technical details to clients in an easily understandable manner.
• Manage and follow up on quotes and sales, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Keep clients informed about new products and provide comparisons of competing options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contact information.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluently bilingual in English and French.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, construction industry experience is a strong asset.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, sales, or a related field is an asset.
• Ability to read construction blueprints preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Office 365.
