Full time role in the GTA! Agilus is recruiting for a Site Project Manager in the Construction Industry in Toronto, Ontario. Opportunity to work for the global leaders in sustainable building envelope solutions!! Specializing in manufacturing, developing, and integrating renewable energy technologies, modern architectural products, and high-performing wall systems to create sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. Responsibilities: Provide on-site leadership and supervision, ensuring high-rise construction projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and design intent Collaborate closely with in house project managers, architects, engineers, and onsite subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination and execution Oversee the daily activities of construction crews, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Manage project schedules, proactively identify and address potential delays or conflicts, and implement corrective measures as necessary Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site. Provide accurate and timely progress reports to the project management team. Requirements: Expertise in high-rise construction; more specifically in a sub trade Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivelent work experience. Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, with expertise in high-rise construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations, with a focus on sustainable building practices Familiarity with Building envelope systems and their integration into high-rise structures and ICI construction is highly desirable Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
