Position Overview

Calian is seeking a Standardss Support Designer at the Senior level in the field of Logistics to support our client Department of National Defence in Borden, ON

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining Training Plans
  • Developing assessment plans
  • Generating Performance Checks
  • Generating examinations from assessment plans
  • Generating and maintaining student study manuals
  • Actioning feedback for continuous improvement of the implementation of training and/or development of ideas for training/learning aids

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum undergraduate degree in these areas: Education, Adult Learning, Distance Learning, or eLearning
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the conduct of training and education evaluation (both student and programme evaluation)
  • Must have previously been a Logistics Officer

Additional Requirements

  • You will be required to work on site
  • You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Secret level
