Position: ERP Systems Specialist / Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled ERP Systems Specialist / Analyst to support the full implementation of a new ERP system. This individual will collaborate closely with IT, program leaders, and business managers to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and monitor progress.

  • Configure ERP systems to align with business processes.

  • Conduct data validation, system testing, and resolve issues.

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and SOPs.

  • Train and support end-users through implementation and adoption.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage upgrades.

  • Support data integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation.

  • Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and governance policies.

  • Support go-live, hyper-care, and continuous improvement activities.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and ERP configuration/customization.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • ERP certifications (Oracle, SAP) or formal training in ERP platforms.

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.

  • Experience with system integrations and data migration.
