Customer Support Rep Role Open! Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Support Representative in the Motors & Industrial Equipment Industry. in Markham, Ontario. A global leader in industrial motor solutions is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their Inside Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a passion for customer service. A day in the life: Manage the shared customer service inbox on a rotating schedule Communicate with clients and the outside sales team Enter orders accurately within 24 hours Use JD Edwards (asset), Oracle, and CRM tools to manage customer interactions Collaborate with logistics and accounting teams The successful candidate brings: 2+ years of customer service experience in any industry Clear and professional communication skills Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle, or any CRM (asset) Strong time management and work ethic, especially in a hybrid setting Assessments Required: 2 professional references and a criminal background check What's in it for you: $25.00 hourly Hybrid work model – enjoy the flexibility of working from home 2 days a week after your first month Competitive hourly rate – $25/hour for a full-time, 6-month contract Opportunity for permanency – potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance Paid time off perks – 3 paid sick days + 5 paid wellness days after your first month Comprehensive benefits (if converted) – including dental, vision, medical, and a health spending account Opportunity for growth and long-term career development RRSP contributions (if converted) – up to 6% employer contribution after 6 months Vacation – 10–15 days annually upon conversion This posting is for an active opening.
