A global leader in industrial motor solutions is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their Inside Sales team. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent. The successful candidate will support sales operations, manage customer communications, and ensure timely order processing. A day in the life: Manage shared customer service inbox on a rotating schedule Communicate with clients and the outside sales team Enter orders accurately within 24 hours Use JD Edwards (asset) and Oracle Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions The successful candidate brings: French/English bilingual (asset): Able to speak and write fluently in both languages.
