Our public sector client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-to-end solutions—from business requirements analysis to deployment—while ensuring scalability, quality, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Configure, code, test, debug, and deploy solutions following industry best practices.
  • Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and business-friendly.
  • Maintain, optimize, and support applications post-deployment.

Core Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 development (C#, Plug-ins, Entities, Forms, Workflows).
    • .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Web APIs, C#.
    • SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization), SSRS, SSIS.
    • Azure platform (Function Apps, App Registrations).
    • Web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, XML, DOM).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills with either of the following: (PowerShell, Data Factory, KingswaySoft, Power Automate).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies.
  • Data migration/ETL experience (SQL to Dynamics).
