Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Google Cloud Architect to support with designing and implementing a modernized Google platform architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to align the modernization efforts with organizational goals, and maintaining documentation for the technical architecture framework and strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Modernize and update the Google Landing Zones
• Obtain iATO for new Google Landing Zone
• Submit evidence for SA&A
• Support the research of ways to adopt Machine Learning
• Transfer Google’s Firewalls to Next Generation Firewalls
• Support the Planning, management and transfer of firewalls used for the Google tenant to a NGFW solution.
• Document al changes and create support SOPs.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer/Architect
• 2+ years of experience architecting Google Cloud platforms for a large Public Sector organization of at least 5,000+ employees 
• 2 or more valid GCP Certifications 
• VALID Secret level Federal Clearance is required 

Education

A relevant post-secondary degree/diploma is required
