Our federal Government client is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Analyst (Financial Systems) to provide functional assistance with Oracle Financials R12 modules. This is a remote 1-year contract.

Tasks (including but not limited to)

  • Provide support and guidance to the client's personnel in the use of the various Oracle R12 financial services related modules being used by staff (such as, but not limited to: GL, AP, AR, ECC)
  • Analyze, monitor and resolve problems in the Oracle financial system
  • Provide support and, when requested, complete application configuration, functional analysis, data conversion, testing relating to Oracle upgrade and/or integration with external systems and, where appropriate, identify areas where existing business processes can be improved
  • Develop and document ERP functional, business and/or system requirement specifications
  • Advise the client on industry best practices
  • Test version upgrades, as well as Oracle and interfaced systems' patches and releases
  • Develop test plans
  • Develop and test various reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle ERP systems within an organizational context
  • Minimum of 5 years of functional experience configuring and supporting ERP interfaces for GOC Receiver General Interfaces (RGI).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing system changes as well as providing functional support for Oracle Financial modules, version 12.2, in a decentralized organization with a minimum of 1,000 users.
  • Reliability clearance is required
