Our federal government client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to support strategic planning, analysis, and advisory services for a federal program. This role involves providing subject matter expertise, guiding decision-making, and ensuring deliverables meet high professional standards.
Conduct research, analysis, and provide strategic advice on business and program objectives.
Develop reports, briefing notes, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Lead consultations with stakeholders and synthesize input into actionable plans.
Provide expertise in business process improvements, change management, and performance measurement.
Support project teams with planning, risk management, and progress tracking.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Apply best practices and frameworks to support program and policy development.
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a Business Consultant.
At least five (5) years of experience at a senior level providing strategic advice and business consulting services while working on contaminated sites projects.
Demonstrated experience in business process review, performance measurement, and change management.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality written and verbal deliverables.
University degree in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Professional certifications (such as PMP, CBAP, PROSCI) considered an asset.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and within multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English.
