Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (occasional travel may be required)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Contract Senior Analyst to join their Legal and Commercial Services team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will support the contract lifecycle end-to-end — from negotiation and drafting through to ongoing management — while providing strategic advice to maximize value and mitigate risk. This position will play a key role in enabling sales growth, protecting revenue, improving margins, and ensuring compliance with both client obligations and Accenture policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contract management teams across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.

  • Collaborate with account leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to align on needs, priorities, and opportunities.

  • Assist in identifying, escalating, and resolving commercial and contract risks.

  • Provide support during pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and contract drafting.

  • Build trusted, client-facing relationships and represent the contract management function with professionalism.

  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration across the global organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduation professional work experience.

  • Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), National Contract Management Association (NCMA), or other relevant professional certification is an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with executives and non-executives.

  • Collaborative, persuasive, and adaptable leader and team player.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
