Job Title: On-Call Bilingual Receptionist (Admin Assistant)

Overview:
Our client is looking to identify 2–4 bilingual, tech-savvy reception/administration professionals for their on-call front desk coverage roster. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity for candidates open to flexible scheduling.

Location: Ottawa, ON

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk reception coverage, typically a few days per month

• Assist with administrative tasks and software systems as needed

• Fill in during staff absences, including Christmas holiday coverage

• Attend training and shadow shifts as required (approx. 2 days)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bilingual (English/French)

• Strong administrative and reception background

• Highly tech-savvy 

• Comfortable with on-call, short-notice assignments

• Availability to work 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM as needed

Process:

• Virtual interview

• Background check and onboarding

• In-person training and reception shadowing

• System setup (approx. 3 weeks)
