As an Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing enterprise-wide business applications. Agilus is recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst in the Technology in a hybrid work environment in Toront, Ontario. Business Analyst – Applications As an Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing enterprise-wide business applications. You’ll leverage your technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and system dependencies to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of business solutions across multiple programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. A typical day: Use JIRA, Confluence, and the Microsoft Suite to manage requirements, track work, and communicate effectively. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements across enterprise applications. Analyze and understand upstream and downstream impacts of application and integration changes, ensuring business continuity and system alignment. Support testing, training, and implementation of system enhancements, ensuring solutions meet both functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions, proactively identifying risks and dependencies. Successful candidates will have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field. 4–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an application-heavy or integration-driven environment. Strong technical acumen with understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows. Strong technical acumen with understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language. Further additional qualifications: Confident operating with minimal direction while driving clarity and alignment across teams. Skilled at facilitating discussions and aligning diverse stakeholders toward a common solution. Ability to assess downstream impacts of technical changes and proactively mitigate risks. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and influence positive outcomes. Total compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
