Agilus is recruiting for a Shipping Clerk, Warehouse in the Micro-Electronics Manufacturing in Ottawa, Ontario. Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies. Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges related to the shipment of goods. Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary. Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas. Responsibilities: Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped Package and box boards in accordance with department procedures Order fulfillment, storing and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, etc. Supports EMS sales and vertically integrated component level sales (PCB, enclosures, cables, optical, and memory) in a team environment. Develops, analyzes data and manages complex Excel, PowerPoint and Word document files Requirements: Typically requires 0-1 years experience. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
