Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple restaurant locations in the Ottawa Region. The ideal candidate will lead with a hands-on approach, ensuring high standards in guest satisfaction, team performance, food safety, and operational compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Execution

  • Drive profitable growth through operational excellence and consistent performance.

  • Lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives across assigned units.

  • Ensure strong communication and alignment between corporate departments and unit operators.

  • Conduct periodic business reviews with unit operators to evaluate performance and set improvement strategies.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold company values at all times.

Operations Management

  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure compliance with operational standards and product quality.

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, support staff, and engage with customers.

  • Ensure adherence to food safety practices and regulatory compliance.

  • Support new location openings and restaurant transitions with on-site leadership.

Team Development & Support

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to restaurant managers and staff.

  • Drive participation and compliance with all training, certification, and development programs.

  • Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and business update calls.

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with franchise and operational partners.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful multi-unit management experience (QSR/food service sector preferred).

  • Experience in a franchisor/franchisee model is considered an asset.

  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel (including 1–2 overnight trips per month).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.

  • A collaborative, positive attitude with a drive for excellence.

  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

  • Demonstrated track record of business success and leadership in dynamic environments.
