Our Federal Government Client is seeking advisory services from experienced Change Management to support the development and deployment of a new digital solution for ministerial correspondence, executive and parliamentary briefings, and media enquiries. The Bureau provides strategic advice, coordination, and services related to Cabinet and parliamentary affairs, executive briefing, correspondence, corporate governance, and compliance with key legislative obligations. To advance its digital transformation, the Bureau requires experts with strong knowledge of its business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Design – Develop and implement system-centered and people-centered interventions to improve effectiveness, foster engagement, and create a more responsive workforce.
Change Management & Adoption – Design and deliver learning programs, readiness assessments, and communication strategies to support user adoption, articulate the purpose of change, and coach staff through transitions.
Strategy & Tools – Create and apply management strategies in Agile environments, identify change management tools and risks, and provide expert guidance, advice, and coaching to build organizational capacity.
Performance & Evaluation – Develop evaluation frameworks, integrate performance monitoring into change initiatives, and conduct reporting to assess effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills
10+ years as an Organizational Change Management Consultant on transformation projects (process, people, technology).
5+ years in the last 10 implementing change management strategies and plans (adoption, resistance management).
5+ years in the last 10 developing and implementing IT project training plans.
3+ years in the last 5 applying change management strategies for Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology).
PROSCI Change Management Practitioner certification (valid at bid closing).
