We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a Bilingual Level 2 Project Manager to join their team for a 1-year remote contract.

The client is specifically looking for PMs that bring over 5+ years of experience working on IT projects and are capable of working in French - first environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage projects within their applicable project tier
  • Manage project’s constraints and activities within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the
    prescribed goals/benefits
  • Provide adapted project progress reports for different audiences
  • Design and apply different communications strategies and implement a communication plan
  • Prepare project artifacts, charts, tables and diagrams helping the visualization and sharing of key project information
    • Tools may include but not limited to MS Project, Azure DevOps, Visio, M365 apps, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

  • hold  a valid Reliability Clearance
  • at least five (5) years of experience working as a Project Manager
  • Bilingual in French & English
  • experience in managing multiple application development project
  • experience in monitoring and reporting project cost and resource capacity for both contractual and internal resources
  • experience in documenting project plan, scope, schedule and progress reports
  • experience working in a multidisciplinary and mixed team (internal and external resources) performing the following tasks:
    • Negotiate with business line for resources
    • Managing project team member workload
    • Assigning tasks to project team member
    • Working with project tools such as MS Dev Ops

Education

  • PMP Certification.
