Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager - Oracle Implementation in the Retail Industry in Brampton, Ontario. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-level implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) as part of our broader digital transformation initiative. This project is focused on delivering the first set of strategic goals within a multi-phase, year-long Oracle Cloud implementation. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors (including Oracle), and business stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against goals and identifying risks and mitigation strategies Facilitate data integration efforts, including the tracking and transformation of key data sets into Oracle Cloud Ensure that the solution meets business needs, especially around time tracking and financial data-cost perspective Engage with North American stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle Must have: 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, with a strong background in large-scale enterprise software implementations Proven experience leading at least one successful Oracle PPM Cloud implementation. Familiarity with accounting system integrations, data transformation, and digital business operations Experience working with stakeholders across North America Experience in managing hybrid implementation teams (internal + vendor) Strong vendor management skills, particularly in a multi-stakeholder environment Soft skills: Clear Communication Strong Leadership Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Total rewards: Remote 6 month contract
