Achieve annual sales growth targets and deliver on budgeted specification goals.
Set team objectives aligned with the OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) process; monitor performance and support development of indirect reports.
Maintain and grow relationships with external organizations such as Dodge and ConstructConnect; identify new opportunities or process improvements to enhance team performance.
Lead product training initiatives using Global DCT training materials, both internally and externally; support team members through field visits and professional development coaching.
Serve as the Salesforce.com key user, driving process improvements to enhance usage, performance, and data accuracy.
Collaborate with Marketing and the National Sales Manager to develop content and messaging for annual webinars.
Create presentations and tools to boost the effectiveness of lunch-and-learns and communications at industry events like ASHRAE.
Attend monthly Insulation Business Team meetings and provide updates as requested by the Business or National Sales Manager – Canada.
Lead and support the implementation of the WAM Demand Generation initiative.
Provide insights on market trends and design opportunities for new product development.
Gather and share competitive intelligence on alternative materials and competitor activity.
Coordinate with planners to update and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.
Offer technical expertise and application support for project execution, including on-site training for insulation contractors, EPCs, and engineering firms.
Act as an ambassador for Armacell by promoting systems and solutions to key stakeholders through superior technical knowledge and service.
Deliver and update technical training programs to certify contractors and supervisors on job sites.
Visit project sites to provide application guidance, training, and demonstrations.
Train key users in correct application techniques and implement a "Train the Trainer" model for broader knowledge transfer.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural team setting.
Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and delivering technical support.
Bilingual in English and French is required.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 50%.
