Mandatory:

Manage the configuration and lifecycle of key Microsoft 365 applications.

Develop and maintain governance policies for Microsoft 365.

Develop and recommend Microsoft Teams custom policies, channel structures, and permission settings.

Develop conditional access policy user story, user case creation, testing scenarios and results feedback.

Support business operations and user adoption across a hybrid IP telephony environment using tools like SmartTAP, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Contact Centre, and room devices from Cisco, Lenovo, and Logitech.

Provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with safety-critical communication protocols.

Contribute to the design and oversight of call group configurations and emergency call routing, aligned with operational control room requirements and plant safety procedures.

Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize IP phone configurations across large-scale industrial environments, balancing performance, user needs, and regulatory compliance.

Desired:

Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to configure and maintain Cisco Contact Centre solutions, including call routing logic, agent skill groups, and queue management.

Participate in vendor evaluation and rollout of SmartTAP recording solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise call recording policies and regulatory standards.

Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users for M365 feature enablement.
